Principals
Dov Fink
Sets firm strategy and leads capital relationships across the RSP platform. Oversees acquisitions, stabilization, and repositioning of distressed multifamily and commercial assets. Also serves as CEO of Refresh Construction Group, directing nationwide multifamily renovation and repositioning execution.
Ben Fink
Oversees operational takeover, receiver-side management, and stabilization programs across the portfolio. Drives day-to-day execution from asset onboarding through stabilized performance. Also serves as CEO of Forest Living Management, leading resident-centered property management operations.

Mark Haddnet
Sources and screens distressed multifamily and commercial opportunities across RSP's core markets. Point of contact for lenders, receivers, and brokers submitting assets for review.
Ben Vann
Leads property-level operations, performance systems, and execution standards across the RSP portfolio. Works closely with onsite teams and affiliate managers to stabilize assets and drive NOI recovery.
Casey Davis
Coordinates day-to-day property operations support, resident communications, and administrative workflow across the RSP portfolio. Works alongside the operations leadership team to ensure consistent execution and timely reporting.
